Purpose

To refresh the Rotherham S106
Developer Education Contributions Policy.
 
Rotherham’s current
policy was approved by Cabinet in December 2022 and requires review
in line with updated Department for Education guidance and to
reflect updated pupil yield formula (the number of school pupil
expected from a new housing development).
