public health services for the whole population and delivery of

Decision:

To award the Domestic Abuse
Refuge Contract for 1-year from 1 October 2024 to 30 September
2025.

Reasons for the
Decision:

The
contract award follows the approval of the Strategic Director as
per the Council’s Financial and Procurement Procedure Rules,
exemption procedure, to allow for the continuation of a contract
beyond its contractual term, in exceptional circumstances and where
the term of such an extension is determined in accordance with the
timescales required to complete a re-procurement or decommission
the existing arrangement.
