Purpose

The decision is to award and
enter into a contract following a procurement process via further
competition on the Children and Young People’s 16+
Accommodation and Support Flexible Purchasing System, this will be
for 2 years with the option to extend for up to 2 years.

Decision:

To
award the contract to Roundabout Ltd as per the Tender Evaluation
Report of 23 October 2024.
 

Reasons for the
Decision:

The result of a
competitive procurement process as agreed at Cabinet 29 July
2024. 
The procurement was
undertaken using a further competition under Lot Z –
Miscellaneous/Future 16+ Accommodation and Support requirements of
the Councils Accommodation and Support for Young People Aged 16-25
Flexible Purchasing System.
The successful
supplier, after evaluation, was Roundabout Ltd. The Tender
Evaluation Report and award recommendation has been approved by the
relevant parties.
