Decision

It
was RESOLVED that:
 

a)              
the new structure for the Boards be approved;
and
 
b)              
the proposed terms of reference template included as
Appendix A and Appendix B in the report be agreed, and the Director
– Development and Economic Growth be granted delegated
authority to adapt as necessary.
