Purpose

The decision is made in accordance with the
resolution of Cabinet of July 17, 2024, to delegate decision making
in relation to this matter.

Content

(1) That the Executive Director of Place, in
consultation with the Executive Director of Finance and
Transformation, give approval to the appointment of IJS Roofing and
Building Limited as the sole provider for Asphalt Roofing Repairs
for the duration of 2 years with the option to extend for a further
1 year, commencing from December 9, 2024. in accordance with The
Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council’s
Procurement and Contract Procedure Rules, in relation to the
Housing Revenue Account Repairs and Maintenance service.

(2) That the Assistant Director - Legal and Assurance and
Monitoring Officer be authorised to enter into or execute under
seal any documentation in relation to the award of the
contract.
