Resolved:-
 
(1)         
that a charge for the monitoring of planning obligations under
Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (As Amended)
is introduced;
 
(2)         
that the charges for Section 106 monitoring as set out in Appendix
3, is approved, with effect from 1 April 2025.
