Purpose

Authority sought to appoint preferred
developer for Friar Park site, and to approve amendments to
commercial terms of agreement with WMCA

Content

Resolved:-
 
(1) 
that delegated authority is given to the Executive Director –
Place to appoint the Preferred Developer for the Friar Park, and in
conjunction with the Executive Director – Finance and
Transformation and Monitoring Officer to complete the contractual
agreements with the preferred developer;

 
(2) 
that delegated authority is given to the Executive Director –
Place to confirm the proposed amendments to the Joint Venture
Agreement with West Midlands Combined Authority, and, in
conjunction with the Executive Director – Finance and
Transformation and the Service Director Governance - Monitoring
Officer to complete the agreement with West Midlands Combined
Authority.
