Resolved:-
(1)
that delegated authority is given to the Chief Executive in
consultation with the Leader and Cabinet Member for Environment and
Highways to consent to the submission of the proposal to amend the
2017 Order to the Secretary of State for Transport, following the
WMCA Board meeting on 12 September;
(2)
that delegated authority is given to the Chief Executive in
consultation with the Leader and Cabinet Member for Environment and
Highways to consent to the laying of the draft order once it has
been received from the Secretary of State for Transport.
