Maintenance and Local Network Improvement Plan
allocations.

Resolved:-
 
(1)         
that approval is given to accept an additional £2M of West
Midlands City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS)
funding from the Combined Authority;
 
(2)         
that delegated authority is given to the Executive Director for
Place in consultation with the Executive Director for Finance and
Transformation in accordance with the requirements of the award of
funding to allocate the additional funding in accordance with the
requirements of the CRSTS towards the Highway Maintenance Block
during the 2025/26 financial year –

that delegated authority is given to the Cabinet Member for
Environment and Highways in consultation with the Executive
Director for Place to approve a programme of works to be funded
from the addition LNIP funding once the final Sandwell allocation
is confirmed by the West Midlands Combined Authority.
