Resolved that delegated authority is
given to the Director of Public Health in consultation with the
Cabinet Member for Adult Services, Health and Wellbeing together
with the Executive Director Finance and Transformation and the
Monitoring Officer, Service Director - Governance to negotiate and
enter into a ‘Collaborative Working Agreement ‘contract
with Sandwell West Birmingham NHS Trust on terms to be agreed for
the provision of a range of public health services within the
financial expenditure limits set out in Appendix 1.
