Resolved:-
 
(1)that approval is given for the
award of a contract to Xerox (UK) for the supply and maintenance of
Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) and Associated Products and Services
for a period of four years, commencing 1 January 2026 and ending 31
December 2029, with an option to extend for a further one year
until 31 December 2030 based on a total contract value of
£736,688.04, including the 10% contingency;
 
(2) 
that the Service Director – Governance (Monitoring Officer)
is authorised to undertake all necessary actions to give effect to
the above decision.
