Resolved that delegated Authority is given to
the Executive Director of Place, in consultation with the Executive
Director of Finance and Transformation, to prepare tender
documentation, conduct appropriate procurement processes and to
award a contract for Minor Aids and Adaptations works to Sandwell
Council housing stock for an estimated total value of
£950,000 over two years, in accordance with the Procurement
Act 2023 and the Council’s procurement and contract procedure
rules, in relation to the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Asset
Management Service.
