(1)     That approval be given to
Sandwell’s response on the draft local plan consultation for
submission to Dudley MBC as set out in Appendix 1.
 
(2)     That in connection with (1)
above, the Director of Regeneration and Growth be authorised to
amend the responses as necessary.
