Decision

Resolved:-

(1)  that delegated authority is given to the Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health, following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adult Services, Health and Wellbeing, the Executive Director of Finance and Transformation and the Monitoring Officer, Service Director Governance, to extend the existing Wrap Around Service contracts for the period 01 September 2026 to 30 November 2026;

(2)  that delegated authority is given to the Monitoring Officer, Service Director Governance, or their nominee, to complete all documentation and take all actions necessary to give effect to the decision.
