Content

(1)     That approval be given to the
Sandwell Strategic Road Safety Plan 2024-2030 to inform and
prioritise the delivery of road safety projects, initiatives and
campaigns within the Borough until 2030.
 
(2)     That approval be given to the
continued use of the Safe System approach to improving road safety
and reducing road casualties, and adoption of the Vision Zero
principle.
 
(3)     That the new road casualty
reduction targets included within the new Road Safety Plan for the
Borough be endorsed.
 
(4)     That approval be given to the
publication of the Sandwell Strategic Road Safety Plan 2024-2030 on
the Council website.
