That Cabinet accept and endorse Sandwell’s Tackling Poverty
Plan as at out in Appendix 1.

 
(2) 
That the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Section 151
Officer, be authorised to agree the spending of the £1.5m
resources allocated to the plan.
