Resolved:-
 

(1)         
that approval be given to appoint providers for the
provision of Bed and Breakfast and temporary accommodation for
homeless households as a result of the tender process;
 

(2)    
that the Director of Housing be authorised to enter into the
framework agreement for the provision of Bed and Breakfast and
temporary accommodation for homeless households for a two-year
period with an option to extend for an additional two-years with an
annual gross spend of approximately £750,000 per
annum.
