Resolved:-
 

(1)         
that Cabinet
receive the progress against the Improvement Plan up to 3 August
2023;

 
(2)         
that Cabinet
receive the Improvement Plan Risk Register;
 
(3)         
that Cabinet
receive changes to the Improvement Plan;
 
(4)         
that Cabinet
note that Budget and Corporate Scrutiny Management Board and Audit
and Risk Assurance Committee will consider the Improvement Plan
Progress report on 14 and 21 September 2023 respectively, and that
any recommendations or comments made in relation to the Improvement
Plan progress will be reported to a future meeting of the
Cabinet.
