Resolved:-

 
(1)    
that Cabinet
note the financial monitoring position as of 30 June 2023 (Quarter
1) and refer the report to the Budget and Corporate Scrutiny
Management Board for consideration and comment;

 

(2)    
that approval be given to the
Treasury Outturn for 2022/23 and Quarter 1 position for 2023/24, as
set out in Appendices 6 and 7;

 

(3)    
that approval be given to the following virements above £1m in line with the revised delegated
limits for Cabinet Members and Directors:
