Resolved:-
 

(1)     That That the
Director of Finance – Section 151 Officer, in consultation
with Cabinet Member for Finance and Resources, is authorised to
award a contract for use of Enforcement Agents for a 5-year period
(3 + 2), following a successful competitive exercise in accordance
with the Contract Procedure Rules.
 

(2)     That the Director
of Law and Governance – Monitoring Officer is authorised to
execute any documentation necessary to enable the action referred
to in 1.1 above to proceed.
