Decision

Resolved:-

(1)  that approval is given for the award of a contract to Trustmarque Solutions Limited through the Crown Commercial Services RM6116 Network Services Framework for the provision of Local Area Network Managed Support Services for a period of three years commencing on 27 November 2026 at a value of £855,208.38;

(2)  that approval is given for the expenditure from the approved Digital Services revenue budget to fund the contract for the approved contract term;

(3)  that delegated authority is given to the Executive Director - Finance and Transformation, in consultation with the Service Director - Governance (Monitoring Officer), to approve necessary contract variations, software licensing changes and technical requirements within the approved budget provision of £915,000;

(4)  that authorisation is given to the Service Director - Governance (Monitoring Officer) to complete and execute all contractual and ancillary documentation necessary to give effect to this decision.
