Resolved:-
 

(1)     That approval be
given to the establishment of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Commission (EDI Commission);
 

(2)     That approval be
given to the Terms of Reference for the Equality, Diversity and
Inclusion Commission (EDI Commission) as set out in Appendix 1.
