£2,000 pa to Ideal for All Ltd for the purpose running a
community garden

That approval be
given to the asset transfer of the following sites to Ideal for All
Ltd on the basis of a lease for 99 years
with a rental of £1 pa for the purpose of running 2 community
gardens:
 
Site 2: Salop Drive Market
Garden, Salop Drive, Oldbury, B68 9AG
 
Site 3: Barlow Road
Community Garden, Barlow Road, Wednesbury, WS10 9QA
 
That authorisation is given to
the Monitoring Officer, Assistant Director – Legal &
Assurance to enter into or execute under seal if necessary, formal leases for each of the
three sites.
