Notice of an Executive
decision under the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements)
(Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 -
approval has been given by the Scrutiny Chair to waive the call-in
period for scrutiny, to enable the decision to be implemented
immediately. 28/08/2024
 
Resolved that the Cabinet Member for
Children and Education and the Director of Children and Education
in conjunction with the Executive Director - Finance and
Transformation be authorised to accept grants from West Midlands
Combined Authority under the Terms and Conditions contained in the
Grant Agreements for the provision of adult education.
