Resolved that the Council as the sole
owner of Sandwell Children’s Trust agrees the appointment of
Graham Archer as a Trust Board Chair of Sandwell Children’s
Trust.
 
 
Notice of an Executive
decision under the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements)
(Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 -
approval has been given by the Scrutiny Chair to waive the call-in
period for scrutiny, to enable the decision to be implemented
