that Cabinet receive the performance of the Regeneration
Programme;
 
(2)         
that approval be given to authorise the Executive Director of Place
to make the recommended additions to the Regeneration Pipeline:

add three sites identified for development via the Wednesbury
Levelling Up Programme to the project pipeline (Former Outdoor
Market, Union Street; High Bullen Car Park; and Spires Health
Centre).
