Purpose

To seek approval for the
progression of simplified Traffic Regulation Orders at various
locations within the Borough. 
 

Decision

Decision(s):
 
(1) 
The Traffic Regulation Orders, as detailed within the report, were
approved.
(2) 
The necessary legal procedures, including those of public
consultation and advertising the Council’s intention to
implement the Order, were noted.
(3) 
In the event that no objections were received during the
consultation process referred to in (2) above, the Chief Legal and
Democratic Officer was authorised to make the Order and the Highway
Network Manager was authorised to implement the Order; and in the
event that objections were received during the consultation
process, the matter was referred to the Licensing & Regulatory
Committee for consideration in accordance with the Council’s
Constitution.
