Reason for the
Decision:
 

               
 This will ensure Sefton continues
to deliver Day Services and ensures a long-term vision and the
future commissioning arrangements.

Considered and Rejected:
 
Not extending
contracts – this option was rejected as there is a need to
ensure that formal contractual arrangements remain in place,
despite the historic
nature of these contracts.
