Reason(s) for the Decision:

 
Annual
Infrastructure Funding Statements are required to be published
annually each year to set out data and information against a range
of prescribed indicators. This report seeks approval for the
delayed 2023-24 Annual Infrastructure Funding Statement and the
2024-25.

Not to
publish an Annual Infrastructure Funding Statement. This would be
contrary to the CIL regulations.
