to seek the Cabinet Member’s approval of the Authority
Monitoring Report for 2024/25 for publication.

Reason(s) for the Decision:

 
The AMR will
be again updated next year. This will coincide with the start of
the Local Plan process and may help inform some of the issues and
options for that plan.

Monitoring report done annually is a requirement.
