Purpose

The purpose of this report is
to seek the Cabinet Member’s approval to carry out public
consultation on updates to three draft Supplementary Planning
Documents (SPDs): the Control of Hot Food Takeaways and Fast Food
Outlets SPD, Nature SPD and Open Space SPD.

Document, be noted.

The approved Draft Nature Supplementary Planning
Document, be noted.
