Purpose

A review of the leisure service
pricing structure has been carried out resulting in a proposal to
uplift prices by an average 4%. This is necessary to contribute to
meeting the increased costs incurred in providing the service
including national non-domestic rates (NNDR), supplier costs,
staffing and utilities.
