Cabinet Member for the fees and charges for Property and Building
Services for 2026/2027.

Reason(s) for the Decision:
 

The setting of sustainable fees and
charges will ensure that the cost of service and inflationary
increases are recovered so that the 2026/27 budget starts from a
robust position.
 
Alternative Options Considered and
Rejected:

 

Continue with current pricing whereby the Council
will be subsiding various services, having a detrimental impact
upon the revenue budget.
