Decision

The purpose of this report is to seek pre-procurement approval to re-procure the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Corporate Workwear contract which expires November 2026. Approval is sought to procure via a Competitive Flexible Procedure (CFP) under the Procurement Act 2023 for an initial term of three (3) years with three (3) extension options of twelve (12) months each. Award will be based on the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT) and will include social value and environmental considerations.
