Reasons for the recommendation:

It is recommended that the Cabinet Member Children Schools and Families, approve the award of contracts to the suppliers listed in Section 5. These awards will ensure continuity of essential services, deliver best value, and support wider Council objectives.

Alternative options considered and rejected:

The contract was procured in conjunction with Knowsley and Liverpool Council’s and was considered the most economic viable option.
