Purpose

(i)    To ask Cabinet Member - Communities and Partnership Engagement to agree the Sefton Crowd recommendations.

(ii)   To update Cabinet Member on financial commitments to date to Sefton Crowd projects.

Decision

Decision(s):

1. The agreed Sefton Crowd pledge of £4,850 to Scrapyard Studios CIC, as set out in section 1.1.5, be noted.
2. Due to the above agreed, it be noted that commitments against the funds set aside for the Sefton Crowd will total £36,460 as set out in section 2.2

Reasons for the recommendation:

This report recommends pledging a total of £4,850 from the Sefton Crowd fund: £4,850 to Scrapyard Studios CIC towards a young person’s music project.

Alternative options considered and rejected:

Cabinet Member has agreed the criteria and process for allocating this fund.
