Purpose

To seek approval to award the contract for the Civil Enforcement back-office system.

Decision(s):

1. The approved award of the contract to the most advantageous bid, based on the price / quality split agreed with the procurement team as part of the tendering exercise and in accordance with the framework contract with ESPO, be noted.
2. It be noted that necessary legal and procurement procedures are approved to enable the onboarding process to commence as soon as possible and ensure the contract start date of 24th January 2027 is achieved. 

Reasons for the recommendation:

That approval is given to award the contract to the most advantageous tenderer, with effect from 24th January 2027.
