appointments to fill vacancies for Local Authority Governorships be
approved.
 
Reasons for the Decision(s):
 
The
appointment of School governors is regulated by the School
Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2012, as amended by
the School Governance (Constitution and Federations) (England)
(Amendment) Regulations 2014, and the School Governance
(Miscellaneous Amendments) (England) Regulations 2015, made under
sections 19 and 20 of the Education Act 2002.
