The purpose of this report is
to seek the Cabinet Member’s approval of the Strategic
Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) report and five-year
housing supply position for 2023.

five-year housing supply position to inform decision making, both

None. A SHLAA and five-year
housing supply assessment is required every year as good practice
and to help in decision making for planning applications and Local
Plan monitoring.
