to seek approval of the Annual Infrastructure Funding Statement for
2022-23

That the Annual Infrastructure Funding Statement for 2022-23 be
approved
 

Reasons for the Decision(s):
 
To
allow the Annual Infrastructure Funding Statement for 2022-23 to be
published so that the Council can meet its obligations set out in
the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
Regulations Amendments.
 
Alternative Options Considered and Rejected:
(including any Risk Implications)
 
Not
to publish an Annual Infrastructure Funding Statement. If we do not
publish the statement, we risk damaging the Council’s
reputation, due to a lack of transparency. It could also see an
increase in the number of Freedom of Information and Environmental
Information Regulations Requests received.
