Purpose

(i)   
To ask Cabinet Member - Communities and Housing to
agree the Community Transition Fund recommendations.
 
(ii)  
To update Cabinet Member on financial commitments to
date from the Community Transition Fund.

The following be
agreed:
 
(i)   
£17,000 to the Gateway Collective CIC, as
detailed in section 1.1.9

 
(ii)  
£11,200 to Conquer Life CIC, as detailed in
section 1.2.10
 
(iii) £4,500
to Lydiate Parish Council, as detailed in section 1.3.12
 
(iv) £2,500
to Netherton Sports and Social Club, as detailed in section
1.4.11

 
(v) 
That subject to the above recommendation being
agreed, to note that the commitments against the Community
Transition Fund will total £1,308,699 as set out in section
2.3
 

Reasons for the Decision(s):
 
To support our corporate priority
of community resilience by enabling community organisations to
provide valuable services in communities with no ongoing commitment
from the Council.
