of Name of IMPACT PRU to Waterside Academy, and the required consequential changes to the School’s
Instrument of Government (IOG).

IMPACT Secondary Pupil Referral Unit to the Waterside
Academy and the consequential changes to the School’s IOG to
reflect the change of name be approved.

 
Reasons for the
Decision(s):
 
The Cabinet Member for Children Schools and
Families has delegated authority to approve changes to a PRUs
Instrument of Government (IOG), which include a change to the legal
name of the School.
