About

The Improvement & Innovation Advisory Committee is responsible for policy initiation and development across a range of areas including policy, performance, communications, customer service, business transformation, special projects, digital, workforce, economic development, regeneration, equalities, members, and wellbeing.

It undertakes research and development projects and submits recommendations to the Cabinet. The committee also considers matters referred by the Portfolio Holder and develops its annual work plan. The Cabinet Member is required to report on their activities and intended decisions to each meeting.
