Appeals and Collective Disputes Committee

The Appeals and Collective Disputes Committee is responsible for making decisions on matters related to staff discipline, dismissal (excluding senior officers), and disputes between the Council and its employees. It hears and determines these cases, with members for its sub-committee drawn from the main committee's membership. Due to the nature of individual cases, meetings are typically not open to the public.
