Purpose

The report will seek approval to commission a
contract with an external provider for Tipping and Collection of
Waste Materials, (including appropriate Treatment, Recycling and
Disposal), to support Council Services.

Content

Approve the commissioning of Tipping and Collection of Waste
Materials, (including appropriate Treatment, Recycling and
Disposal) services, to support Council Services for a period of up
to 4 years with an estimated value of £6.3 million, as set
out in the report.
 
2.   
Notes the impact of the proposal set out in this report on the
2025/2026 business plan and future years, as set out in paragraph
7.2. This will need to be mitigated or included in future business
planning.
