Purpose

To seek approval to provide a
grant to Sheffield Media and Exhibition Centre Limited (the
Showroom) as part of the UKSPF Low Carbon Community and Cultural
Project and enter into the grant funding agreement with Sheffield
Media & Exhibition Centre Limited (the Showroom) for
£89,625

Content

(a)      That a grant is awarded to
Sheffield Media and Exhibition Centre Limited (the Showroom) as
part of the UKSPF Low Carbon Community and Cultural
Project.

(b)      That the Council enters
into a grant agreement with Sheffield Media and Exhibition Centre
Limited (the Showroom) for £89,625. 

(c)      That Diana Buckley,
Director of Economy Skills and Culture is authorised to sign the
grant funding agreement.
