Parks and Landscaping MTC – Horticon
Ltd

Content

That (1) the tender of EC Surfacing in the sum
£172,324.17 is accepted; and Letters of Acceptance are issued
accordingly; and
 
(2) The tender of Horticon in the sum
£311,143.49 is accepted; and Letters of Acceptance are issued
accordingly.
 
Decision taken by the Director of Finance
& Commercial Services or his nominee under the authority
delegated by Strategy and Resources Committee.
