To appoint a Contractor, procured by mini
competition via the Efficiency North Framework, to carry out this
scheme.

Content

To accept the Tender of Wates
Property Services Ltd in the notional sum of £2,392,774.81
and to issue a Letter of Acceptance to enable a start on site as
soon as possible.
 
Decision taken by the Director
of Finance & Commercial Services or his nominee under the
authority delegated by Full Council on 20/02/2023.
