Call off Schedule 7 (Non-Core) of the Amey PFI Contract.

Decision

That the tender of Amey in the sum £177,854 is accepted; and Letters of Acceptance are issued accordingly.

Decision taken by the Director of Finance & Commercial Services or his nominee under the authority delegated by Finance Committee on 06/11/2023.
