Call off the existing Emergency Demolition
Measured Term Contract with MHH Contracting Limited.
 
Call off the existing Parks Landscaping
Measured Term Contract with Horticon Limited.

Content

That (1) the tender of MHH Contracting Limited
in the sum £8,500 is accepted; and Letters of Acceptance are
issued accordingly; and
 
(2) The tender of Horticon Limited in the sum
£71,759.39 is accepted; and Letters of Acceptance are issued
accordingly.
 
Decision taken by the Director of Finance
& Commercial Services or his nominee under the authority
delegated by Finance Committee on 18/12/2023.
